The Robertson Program’s Founding Director, Bev Caswell, co-presented our work with colleagues Jason Jones and Marjolaine Lapointe at the American Educational Research Association (AERA) Conference earlier this week. 

On April 4th, second year Master of Arts in Child Study and Education (MA CSE) teacher candidates presented their final Mathematics Inquiry Projects at the Robertson Program’s 4th bi-annual math mini-conference.

Last week, the Robertson Program traveled to our friends at Mine Centre Public School to have another visit at their outdoor kindergarten classroom – or as they call it, “camp.” 

The Dr. Eric Jackman Institute of Child Study hosted an inspiring mathematics inquiry conference today as ��ݮ����Ƶ����’s second year Master of Arts Child Study and Education (MA CSE) teacher candidates presented their final Mathematics Inquiry Projects at a math mini-conference. 

This is the story of how a group of educators at JICS gathered to deepen their understanding of treaties in response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Call to Action 62.1.

In ��ݮ����Ƶ���� 2018, more than 150 educators gathered in Treaty #3 Territory (Fort Frances, Ontario) for the Gaa-izhi-izhitwaawaad anishinaabeg: Culturally Responsive Teaching and Learning Conference.
